Clients
As a client, you agree to:
Provide a safe and compliant working environment
Clearly communicate job requirements and expectations
Ensure timely payment for services rendered
Fees and Payment
Healthcare Professionals
We do not charge healthcare professionals for registration or placement services.
Clients
Clients agree to pay the fees specified in their agreement with Soar Care Limited. Invoices are payable within the terms specified on the invoice.
Termination
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to our services at any time, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms and Conditions or is harmful to our interests or the interests of others.
Confidentiality
Both parties agree to keep confidential any proprietary information or trade secrets of the other party disclosed during the course of using our services.
